Construction

Inner Conductor: Elc.annealed solid copper 0.4/.0.5 mm (EN 60228, class 1) Insulation: Core colours are isolated according to VDE 0816 and following that a ring code is pressed. Lay-Up: Star-shaped sub-groups which are twisted in the form of quarters or groups which are composed of five (5) quarterly designed cores are twisted. Filling: A kind of waterproof petroleum jelly which has a special chemical structure is injected into the inner-side of the cable core. Then, two paper-based tapes which are in the shape of coils are helically wrapped around this petroleum jelly. Screen: Screening is made by attaching PE-AL-PES tape whose two sidesare covered wiyh PE tape in the shape of a tube troughout the entire cable. Outer Sheath: PE (VDE0207 2YM2) Sheath Color: RAL 9005, Black
