Construction
Inner Conductor: Elc. stranded annealed copper wire  (IEC 60228, VDE0295, HD383, class 5)
Insulation:
Mica tape On HFFR insulation (EN 50290-2-26) Core colors will be suitable to VDE 0815. Up to 4 pairs can produce different core color combination.
Lay-Up: Dual twisted cores are twisted together in 4-units, 4 units are twisted in layers and fixed with PES tape.(Figure 1)
Flame Barrier: To increase the flame resistance of twisted cores, wrapped with special flame retardant glass fiber tape.
Screen: Screening is performed with AL-PES tape and mono tinned copper or mono annealed copper drain wire.
Outer Sheath: HFFR (EN 50290-2-27, VDE0207 HM2)
Sheath Color: RAL 2003, Orange
